Thank You for Choosing Friedman Dental Group
Our doctors and staff are dedicated to providing you with a pleasant visit and results that you’re proud to show off. Our administrative staff is ready to help you with questions about scheduling, financial policy, and insurance, to make that part of the process as simple as possible.
What to Expect
Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Occasionally, treatment can be done the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:
- Your referral slip and any X-rays if applicable.
- A list of medications you are presently taking.
- If you have medical or dental insurance, bring the necessary completed forms and your insurance card. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.
- Completed new patient forms
- Payment for services
IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18 at the consultation visit.
Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to surgery (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are on any medication (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.) or require medication prior to dental cleanings (i.e antibiotics, for pre-med.)
If your previous dentist has taken recent x-rays (within 6-months), you may request that they forward them to our office. If there is not enough time, please pick them up and bring them to our office. If additional films are necessary, they can be taken at our facility.

New patients: please be sure to review our “first-time patient” information before your first appointment.
Your appointment will take approximately 1 hour. To facilitate being seen just as soon as possible at the time of your appointment, we would appreciate it if you would complete the new patient forms before your arrival. Please remember to bring these with you at the time of your appointment.
If you are unable to make the appointment you have scheduled with us, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. The doctors and hygienists reserve their time specifically for you. We would be glad to reschedule the appointment at a more convenient time, if necessary. In the meantime, we look forward to meeting you and serving your needs.
